3 Tiered Investigations
The Ministry of Justice's New Claim Process requires Insurers to decide on liability at Stage 1 of the process. Many Insurer Claims Departments will be hard pressed to comply with the new rigorous 15 day deadline.
We have released a 3 tier solution with the facility to book investigations online or via our call centre. To elevate the pressures of such fast turnaround the three tiered solution enables you to obtain accurate liability decisions within industry leading timescales:
Tier 1: TRIAGE
A telephone account of the accident from the insured driver in order to determine liability/indemnity or consider further investigation. Individual claim forms can be completed at the same time, indemnity discussed and the liability decision communicated to the Policyholder. Insurers may not have the luxury of time; this method ensures indemnity decisions are made within MoJ timescales.
Tier 2: DESKTOP INVESTIGATION
A detailed, CPR compliant statement covering indemnity, quantum and liability taken over the telephone by Insight's experienced claims team.
Tier 3: FACE TO FACE INVESTIGATION
If circumstances require a face to face investigation, Insight's panel of nationwide, highly trained, inspectors can visit the insured driver at a convenient time and location to take a full, CPR compliant statement.
