Insight's Solution to MOJ Proposals for Reform

Whilst the industry awaits the introduction of the new reforms in the claims process, Insight has considered the impact on investigations and developed a number of answers to comply with the time restraints.

Investing in IT and in particular our web based appointment system will reduce the life cycle of traditional investigations allowing liability decisions to be made within the new proposed timescales. Insight has also introduced claims screening and a desktop investigation to provide an even quicker alternative to the traditional investigation.
