Insight's online Insurer services prove a success

In January 2010 Insight launched an online booking system so Insurer's can book immediate appointments with their policyholders to obtain liability and indemnity decisions within days. Experienced motor claim technicians undertake a telephone "triage" interview with policyholders providing Insurers with their delegated decision.
