Premex has adopted a set of principles to underpin the relationships we have with our clients. This ensures all Premex colleagues interact with customers in a consistent and fair manner. This ethical code ensures all sales people carry out business activity in a consistent way.

Doing business the Premex Way is based on the following principles:

 

  • Integrity – we will deal with all our customers in an honest and fair way.
  • Transparency – what you see is what you get – the way we communicate with our customers is designed so you know exactly what you are getting.
  • Service recovery – Sometimes things go wrong – when they do we will admit our mistakes and put together a service correction plan in conjunction with Operational colleagues to get things right.
  • Compete fairly – we are confident we are the best at what we do – we will not get business by rubbishing our competitors. 
  • We will measure our success by seeking constant feedback from our clients 
  • We will seek to provide a service in the most environmentally and ethical platform.  (For example wherever possible we will use electronic links to service our clients and have full video conference facilities to conduct meetings with clients, suppliers and colleagues) 
  • Before we contact our clients we always check our CRM system – that way we know what your needs are and we won’t waste customers time.
  • We constantly look to create market based solutions to make our customers lives easier.
