Managing Director: Gordon Healiss
Gordon joined the Premex Group in 2000 as Expert Liaison Director. In 2007 he was appointed Managing Director of Premex Insight and has overall responsibility for growth and strategic alignment of the business within the Premex group.
Operations Director: Darren Graham
Darren has overall responsibility for defining and implementing the Premex Insight business strategy. He works closely with the rest of the management team to ensure the company continues to grow in line with that strategy. In addition, Darren represents Premex Insight's interests at Group level, and is responsible for communication with key stakeholders.
Operations Manager: Joanna Unsworth
As Operations Manager, Joanna is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. She plays a key role in ensuring that all business processes run smoothly and that Service Level Agreements are met. Working closely with Darren and the rest of the management team, it is also Joanna’s task to ensure that Premex Insight’s business strategy is implemented effectively.
Technical Manager: Jamie Chambers
Responsible for maintaining the quality of Premex Insight’s technical output, Jamie’s role is to ensure that all reports and documentation issued are of a consistently high standard. This means that, as well as monitoring the company’s output, he also works extensively with our field team to ensure they have the skills to meet Premex Insight’s exacting standards.
Business Development Manager: Ann Lomax
Developing and maintaining client relationships is, of course, an essential part of Premex Insight’s business. Ann is here to liaise with clients and make sure the service meets their expectations. Ann is also responsible for marketing Premex Insight and introducing new clients to the company’s range of services.
